We had a special group of guests join us at last week’s meeting: the Pine Forest Elementary School Safety Patrols. As part of the Youth Achiever Program, SBMC invites this group of fifth graders to have lunch with our membership once per year. SBMC pays for the safety patrol members that can’t afford their annual trip to Washington DC.
Matt Carlucci was our guest speaker and he gave a practical and helpful overview on how to prepare for the next hurricane season. It’s never too early to start preparing.
This week we are pleased to welcome Daniel Davis, CEO and President of the Jax Chamber. He’ll update us the Chamber’s latest initiatives on driving economic growth in northeast Florida.
