Issue 29 June 29

This week we welcomed Ray Driver, Jax Chamber Chair Elect as he spoke to us of what the Chamber has been working to accomplish during the past few months, regarding Covid-19 and social unrest. The Chamber has also voted unanimously to support Duval County Schools sales tax, which over the next 15 years will raise the money for much needed renovations and new schools. Mr. Driver also spoke of Jacksonville hosting the Republican National Convention and how this is a great opportunity for Jacksonville to be put on the national radar. As he says, with great challenges come great opportunities!
