Last week’s meeting was educational and thought-provoking as we learned about the in’s and out’s of adult caregiving from Toula Wootan of Community Hospice and Palliative Care. Most of us do not prepare for our future caregiving needs, yet 70% of us will develop a chronic health condition which we’ll need assistance for. The logistical, financial and emotional strain of caring for a loved one is something we all need to keep in mind.

We did our first “Table Talk” last week and the members gave great feedback. Each table had 10 minutes to introduce themselves to others at the table by sharing something about themselves, their company, and the type of business they look for. Look for this offering once per month.
