Our speaker Jerry Holland, Duval County Property Appraiser, spoke about the amendments that will be on the upcoming ballot.
Jerry was very informative reviewing all 13 and included the bundles in several of them. He made the point that some folks that don’t want any changes go down the ballots voting NO for everything. If you do this, you will in fact be voting yes for some items due to the way they are worded. Be sure to vote when the time comes.
Last Friday we held our October golf outing at the St. Johns Golf and Country Club. If you missed this month’s event, please be sure to join us on November 16 and December 7 for our final outings of the year. These are great opportunities to network and introduce new people to SBMC.
This week we proud to follow our annual tradition of honoring SBMC’s past presidents. I hope you’ll join me for this special meeting.
