This week our Guest Speaker was Former Mayor the Honorable John Delaney. Among other things he spoke about was the efficiency of how our consolidated city government is as compared to other cities that try to follow this model.
This week was also Past President’s Day. Every year, SBMC reserves one meeting out of the year to honor the men and women that have served as past presidents to our organization. They have all sacrificed time resources to propel our club forward and impact operations, community service and leadership in a positive way.
Next week’s meeting features a wine tasting and trivia game hosted by Jeanne Maron of The Gifted Cork in St. Augustine. Jeanne has provided this presentation for several years now and it’s always a fun meeting that we look forward to each year.
