We welcomed Steve Kelly the Director of Downtown Investment and Development this week. He spoke to us about the many great things that are happening in downtown and the many this that are in progress. Jacksonville is among the top 20 cities in desire from corporations. We have had a 50% increase in residential occupancy downtown. The future certainly looks bright for our downtown!
