Last week we honored the men and women who risk their lives defending and protecting us each and every day. It is a long time tradition at Southside Business Men’s club to do this. It was inspirational to hear the stories of the exploits of this year’s winners. Thank you to each and every one of them. We also had the privilege of hearing from Congressman John Rutherford fresh from his resounding reelection victory. He spoke to us about what impact the election will have in Congress. He did not speculate about the unresolved presidential contest which continues.
