Issue 62 February 21

We welcomed Mr. Preston Haskell to speak to our club about his and the Haskell Company’s journey from founding the company three years after graduating from business school, through expanding the company to focus on different industries, geographical areas, and project scope to become one of the largest, most well known businesses in Jacksonville. Innovations including a Permanent Craft Employee program and “tilt-up construction” helped, but taking care of its employees and clients proved invaluable in making the company recession-proof, or at least recession resistant.

Please join us on March 4th for our first Meet A Member of the year at Standard Feed and Seed. Tickets are $5 and it promises to be a great time. Also, please make sure to join us on Wednesday when we welcome Aaron Bean for his annual trivia game. If you haven’t attended trivia in the past it promises to be a great time and a can’t miss meeting for the club and getting to know guests and members!
